We provide comprehensive support for individuals or couples experiencing mental health conditions and challenges, including trauma, PTSD, adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, OCD, stress, burnout, interpersonal difficulties, chronic pain, and other co-occurring difficulties.

We’re especially passionate about helping individuals not just survive, but flourish; supporting couples to communicate more deeply; and working with clients healing from trauma; embracing neurodivergent perspectives; or supporting adjustment with chronic illness or pain to improve your quality of life. Our work together will be collaborative, compassionate, and outcome-focused.

We’ve supported individuals and couples through anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life changes—always with a genuine belief in your capacity to grow. Our work draws on Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy, Imagery Rescripting, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focussed Therapy (EFT), and Gottman Therapy to tailor each session to your goals and strengths.

Based in Ardross WA, Psychologists Perth WA offers a calm, private space where you’ll feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. If coming in person isn’t convenient, I provide the same caring environment via telehealth or phone.

We are also experienced in working with clients that have WorkCover, Insurance Commission of WA, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) insurance claims, and Income Protection claims —preparing reports and liaising with insurers to ease that process.
