Life can be complex and overwhelming, and yet I continue to be inspired by the resilience and adaptability people show in the face of difficulty. I believe that within each person lies the capacity to grow, heal, and move toward a more peaceful and authentic life. My role as a psychologist is to walk alongside my clients on that journey—helping them make sense of their experiences, access their inner strengths, and feel more empowered in navigating life’s challenges.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in authenticity. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. Therapy is always tailored to the individual or couple, drawing on modalities such as Schema Therapy, EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT, and Gottman Method depending on what best suits their goals and needs.
I have worked across public, private, and community settings, supporting older adolescents and adults with a wide range of presentations—including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, OCD, personality vulnerabilities, autism, ADHD, grief and loss, and pain presentations. In addition to individual therapy, I also work with couples and those in diverse relationship structures. I’m a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, kink-aware, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive practitioner.
Outside the therapy room, I value connection with family and friends, and I’m often juggling multiple hobbies driven by a love of learning and exploration. Whether through creativity or curiosity, I try to approach life with openness and a sense of enjoyment.
